...I've just created a new home page for our 3D-Enhanced Surround
Technology, adding as much information as I can, including the link to
our patent on Wipo.

First book review...
Charlie Richmond from Richmond Sound Design is the first sound designer to write a book review about "Creating Soundscapes". On the 3D-audio group he states:
"I can recommend this highly - it is extremely accessible, very well written and
provides some extremely valuable, useful and practical information!
Charlie"
He has also included the book in his bibliography at
http://www.richmondsounddesign.com/docs/thsndbib.html
thanks Charlie!

Welcome to my new blog!
Hello,
I have created this blog because my first book in english language is close to be published! Translated by Sir Tony Liotti from London (my english is so poor), it is focused on soundscapes creation from an artistic point of view.
"Creare Paesaggi Sonori", the original italian version, is my personal bestseller and this fact has convinced me to realize also "Creating Soundscapes"...
"We live all our lives surrounded by sounds. Sounds are communication and aggression, emotions and alienation, art and…pollution. Creating sound landscapes means becoming aware of the existence of an individual acoustic space and learning how to enjoy it while respecting other people’s spaces. How? By developing an aesthetic sensitivity that will allow us to distinguish quality sounds from noises that damage our health; by building a new ecologic conscience to correct compromised environments; by listening… and not just to music."
Special guests interviewed:Sabino Cannone, Darwin Chamber, Angelo Farina, Italo Lombardo, Francesco Michi, Charlie Richmond, Luis Siciliano, Angelo Talocci ed Andrea Valassina.
